SMA Foundation Raffle

Hotel Cancellation Policy
- Guests are responsible for all room charges, resort fees, taxes, and incidental expenses, which will be settled at the time of check-out.
- To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. A refundable deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to guarantee the reservation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. (Please note: Policies are subject to change at the discretion of the resort.)

- Cancellations prior to August 22 - No cancellation fee
- Cancellations between August 23 - September 5 - 50% of registration fee
- Cancellations after September 6 - No refunds
