Early Bird Registration
June 11 - July 31
Take advantage of the lowest registration rate offered during the Early Bird Registration period. 

Regular Registration
August 1 - August 22          Prices increase at the conclusion of the Early Bird Registration, but you can still register online at an increased cost. 

Last Chance Registration
August 23 - September 12 
Once Regular Registration closes, prices once again increase. Online registration closes on Sept. 12. Contact

Onsite Registration
Sept. 14 - 17     
Interested attendees that missed the online registration process can register onsite at an increased cost.

The SMA Foundation Casino Night and Poker Tournament features a festive evening following the Chairman's dinner, including a silent auction. Sponsorships, attendance and donations all help the Foundation’s mission of providing academic, trade, and technical scholarships.

SMA Foundation Raffle

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • Guests are responsible for all room charges, resort fees, taxes, and incidental expenses, which will be settled at the time of check-out.
  • To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. A refundable deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to guarantee the reservation.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. (Please note: Policies are subject to change at the discretion of the resort.)

SMA Annual Conference Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations prior to August 22 - No cancellation fee 
  • Cancellations between August 23 - September 5 - 50% of registration fee
  • Cancellations after September 6 - No refunds
