Hotel Cancellation Policy

• Guests are responsible for all room charges, resort fees, taxes, and incidental expenses, which will be settled at the time of check-out.
• To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. A refundable deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to guarantee the reservation.
• Guests may cancel individual reservations up to 96-hours prior to arrival without penalty to the individual.
• Cancellations received within 96 hours of arrival will forfeit first night room and tax deposit. 
• The Hotel will require an early departure charge in an amount equal to the guest's current per night charge plus applicable taxes for all guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date verified upon arrival.

SMA Annual Conference Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations prior to August 31 - No cancellation fee 
• Cancellations between September 1-18 - 50% of registration fee
• Cancellations after September 18 - NO REFUNDS
