SMA Announces 2025 Heritage Award Recipient Francey Beall

AUSTIN, TX— Southwest Movers Association (SMA) is proud to announce Francey Beall of Fantastic Moves as the 2025 Heritage Award recipient. The Heritage Award is the association’s highest honor, recognizing a member whose leadership, service, and dedication have made a lasting impact on the moving industry and SMA. 

"Francey Beall’s entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to customer care, and years of service to SMA exemplify the values of the Heritage Award," said John D. Esparza, SMA Executive Director. 

Francey’s career path has always been shaped by her 100 percent commitment; whether helping her brother with a paper route as a child, working at the local pool concession stand, or later managing restaurants. That same work ethic carried her into the moving industry when she joined friends to open the first Two Men and a Truck franchise in Dallas. Though she knew little about moving at the time, Francey brought her background in customer service to the business, handling everything from packing homes to providing estimates to loading trucks. After having worked her way from an employee to a full-fledged owner, in 2011, the group had the opportunity to sell the franchise and start their own independent moving company, Fantastic Moves, where Francey is now CEO.  

A longtime SMA leader, Francey has served as Chair of the Board and served on numerous committees. She currently serves as the Chair of the SMA Foundation and is always fostering collaboration and strengthening the association. SMA is honored to present the 2025 Heritage Award to Francey Beall in recognition of her remarkable contributions to her company, community, and the moving industry.
